How long does it take you to process & ship out orders?

We generally process, personalize, and ship out orders within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. Note that shipping times are in addition to the processing time and vary based on destination and shipping speed chosen at checkout.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

If you need to make any modifications to your order, please contact us at hello@dinkcraft.com as soon as possible. For personalized products, we will do our best to change the request so long as the order hasn't already been engraved and shipped.

Can I place a bulk order?

If you would like to order a large quantity, contact us: hello@dinkcraft.com. We'll work with you on the design and delivery timeline.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

How do I wash/ maintain the Charcuterie Board?

Hand-wash only and dry immediately. We recommend using mineral oil and natural cutting board wax or "board butter" as needed to keep the board smooth and shiny. To remove stains, sprinkle the board with coarse salt and squeeze fresh lemon juice. Then rub the lemon with the peel over the board until the stains are removed.
