How do I wash/ maintain the Charcuterie Board?

Hand-wash only and dry immediately. We recommend using mineral oil and natural cutting board wax or "board butter" as needed to keep the board smooth and shiny. To remove stains, sprinkle the board with coarse salt and squeeze fresh lemon juice. Then rub the lemon with the peel over the board until the stains are removed.

Can I return or exchange a personalized product?

Due to the personalization of the charcuterie boards, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a mistake was made on our end or there is a defect with the product, then we will accommodate a 30-day return. Otherwise, please double check all personalization inputs for any mistakes or typos.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Shop with confidence knowing that your payment information is secure and protected.

How long does it take you to process orders?

We generally process, personalize, and ship out orders within 1-3 business days after receiving the order.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

If you need to make any modifications to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. For personalized products, we will do our best to change the request so long as the order hasn't already been engraved and shipped.

Can I place a bulk order?

If you would like to order a large quantity, please contact our store. We'll work with you on the design and delivery timeline.
